Before you email — quick answers
- An alarm didn't fire. On iOS, make sure Notifications are
allowed for the app (Settings > Shooting Time > Notifications).
On Android, check that "Alarms & reminders" access is granted
(Settings > Apps > Shooting Time > Alarms & reminders), and
that your phone's battery optimization isn't restricting the app in
the background.
- The widget shows old or blank data. Open the app at
least once so it can fetch your location and refresh the widget's
data — the widget itself doesn't calculate anything on its own.
- Vibration/sound choices don't do anything on iOS. This
is expected — iOS doesn't allow apps to set a custom sound or
vibration for an alarm notification fired in the background, so
every alert there uses your device's default alert sound and
vibration regardless of what's picked.
For anything else, email the address above and include your device
type and OS version if it's a bug report.
